1. Beta access

Mindtraits is currently in closed beta. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our assessment methodology
• Share access credentials with unauthorised parties
• Use the platform to discriminate unlawfully in employment decisions

3. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" during beta. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Assessment results are one input — not a substitute for informed human judgement.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindtraits ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
